Background
During the said period, BISAP has extended revolving micro credit support to 21,035 organized women against viable income generating activities for poverty alleviation and promoting women‟s economic right and control over resources by regular income whereby women‟s access to decision making process both in the family and society are being ensured to some extent. Achievements of the said component are significant in terms of installment-wise recovery, planned utilization of credit money and poverty alleviation. In this regard, BISAP believes that poverty is not only a state of deprivation, but also a reason of vulnerability.
